With everything i designed, worrying about pathogens was priority. Cross contamination from a dirty glove or apron could ruin a truckload of product. Air flowing the wrong direction in the plant could ruin everything made that day.
Improper sanitation in the packaging area could mean you pack bacteria that kills people.
Set up systems for recalls that could track ingredients from recieving to finised product. Who touched each ingredients, and what departments they passed through, at what time, and what lot number they ended up in.
I saw this coming, i stocked up months worth of food and supplies. My friends and family though i was nuts.
I did not want to have to tell my kids there is no food.
I figured it might blow over as nothing, but there was just as good a chance things were going to fall apart.
I did not see the toilet paper hording coming.
