Vast dream which I had once but it's not possible because there are players whom wants to destroy those guilds and destroy game itself because new players will not want to stick around.

But there are always those who turn the forum and game into some dangerous places, making it hard to actually be safe

Training guilds should be pretty close to as Phoenix said.

I agree to extent with Wolfie, but I don't think achieving it is impossible. What makes it difficult is players who choose to make waves while in a training guild. You are there to learn or provide knowledge. If you are doing anything outside of that, or can't handle being hit from time to time, you should move to a non-training guild. Training Guilds shouldn't be havens nor permanent guilds for players. Players are going to have to understand that they will be hit from time to time and understand how to counter and recover from hits. Understanding the basics of piracy, trade, and voodoo are what should be provided. Once they understand that, they should move on or depending on the guild leader stay as a trainer.

I agree. And honestly i think the occasional hit on players in a training guild can be beneficial as well, as it can be used as a prime example of how to deal with and take a hit and recover. No better way to learn then to learn by doing in my opinion.

When I say safe environment, I mean that they don’t get dragged into massive conflicts.
Attacks here and there are to be expected. They learn from it and find the style they are comfortable with adopting and grow into it. Guild wars and massive conflicts are not something I would agree with. Neither is doing the whole childish running your mouth off teasing other players.
If someone thinks they are big enough to talk the talk, then they better be ready to what may come their way.

I agree with both but issue is occasional hits turn in hits every day or every second day and then entire concept of training get neglected because guild needs time to recover helpful voodoo and turns and other stuff. If it was once a week hit many wouldn't bother but no greed takes over and it ends up in players quitting game

Like I said issue starts when occasional hits grow in regular. "Pirate" attacks someone then that someone returns the favor and then that same "pirate" goes and attacks someone else from that guild and so on. Once targets decide to let it go then it results in daily castings and raids until that person doesn't give up the game.

If a player continuously raids a training guild, or any other guild, then that guild needs to come together, and counter attack that player. If they are raiding the guild for profit, then hit them back hard enough to where they lose more then they gain hitting you and soon the attacks should stop. Now if they are raiding for personal reasons, or out of spite things get a bit harder, but it still is possible to stop them usually.

I feel like ceasefire's get nothing done basically north and south Korea today there still technically at war but in ceasefire and it could flame back up anytime and that seems like a real possibility today.

ceasefire's are temporary and never last forever.

That closes circle of it stopping to be training guild. Granted conflicts ends but after any major war that same guild needs time to return itself on track a lot more time than those "pirates" since often those guilds have far more to lose. After war you have few days of peace if you are lucky and if you win then that group always have someone to go witch doctor and just annoys you to the point where most players leave the game. This will be ongoing problem as long as this game is voodoo glory and not pirates glory and as long as it is sub-genre of CCG
