On the day 1749, the United Kingdom and Grenada entered into a port truce. This truce was to last a period of 30 days.
At reset today, this truce is up. I see that the leading members of Grenada have chosen to join the great nation of Spain. I ask is this coincidence or cowardice or a bit of both?
How will this play out? This will give Spain 6 ports, which is 1 more than they have "chosen" to keep all these years. Maybe Spanish counsel can shed some light on this matter as well. They are more then in their right to hold 6 ports, I am just curious.
If they choose to keep 6 ports, how will this sit with St Kitts counsel who freely gave 3 ports to new nations to add to a more diverse map. Only to see 1 of the ports go to a leading nation so soon after the "contract" was up.
I for one do not like it and am openly opposing it.
