I dont know if this is a bug or I am not understanding the fishing option.
I sent my fleets out on fishing routes. each fleet started with zero danger. they come in and dock to unload. Now they have 31 danger. I have 3 FFJ and 2 HN. at the top of the hour i should get 3 danger added and 2 more each port visit because of active curses.
After 1 round of fishing it added 27 danger to each fleet. All fishing routes that have docked have added well over 30 danger in 2 hours.
I have done the math with the active curses and it should only be a t a max of 7 right now.
