As for your Greek mythology and Pirates BS, mermaids were a commonly believed tale during the age of pirates. The best known story of mermaids was a book my Hans Christian Anderson called the Little Mermaid. Despite the Disney remake and theatricality added to alter the ending, Poseidon, the Greek god, was a connected character to mermaids. Another link to Greek Mythology was Calypso, a GREEK sea nymph and daughter of Atlas. So you can stuff your BS about pirates and Greek mythology tale where the sun doesn't shine.

I am actually laughing at how you mixed up Greek Sirens with Other Mermaids. Sirens were BIRDS, not mermaids.. They are COMPLETELY different.

Also, EVERY culture has some kinda Mermaid in their mythology, and would I support a Mermaid voodoo card, YES, because it was involved with Pirates, but would I support a Siren, NO. And you trying to build some kinda bridge for this gap isn't working.

Note, Nymphs are NOT mermaids.

I think in one of the Pirates of the Caribbean, the fountain of youth one if I remember correctly, mermaids traveled in large packs and killed sailors by making them stunned by the mermaid's looks. I don't think Deznuts mixed them up... he never said anything about the Mermaids other than Poseidon was connected to them and that they were a common tale in the age of Piracy. He was saying that Calypso was a common reference during this time as well, but not only the nymph, as it was believed there was a goddess named Calypso who was trapped in human form. Great idea DezNuts except all the voodoo you have to sacrifice is worth 100 credits and a phantom man of war fleet isn't worth that making this card not worth very much if it gets implemented, also the time is ridiculous, make it instant.

How about it just consumes 10 random rare cards in your inventory and a player must have 30 different types of rare cards or a 50 percent chance to fail?
