you need to remember though, that those with smaller fleets generally have less profits, at least when it comes to trading, if you compare a player with 30 trade routes of LMM, to a player with only 10 trade routes, the difference in gold is unbelievable. not to mention a player could still work around this, they could create a bunch of decoy fleets, that would consist of a single cutter, they could have 50 one ship fleets, so the chances of hitting a good target is slim.

No one would create such a decoy for one voodoo card. As well, how come players like Juicy and Phoenix can own less than 10 fleets, and still be rich? Relying on voodoo.

True, I think the turn cost should go down, and the duration should go down as well. If that happens. +1

BMW I sense hostility in your text. Juicy does not scam people, that requires some doing on their part. Plundering a MoW and selling it on the market is not a scam; it is a profit.

Oh yes, they scam a lot of people mostly new players. Because they know they don't have the voodoo and know how to defend themself.

I suppose not to many people would create a bunch of decoy fleets, but I still think they may create a few. and honestly for each extra fleet they have the less likely you hit something good. also I'm not sure about reducing the turns, otherwise someone may stockpile a bunch of these and completely lock a player. but those are just my opinions, I suppose if your willing to rename it and tweek it a bit ill give it a plus 1. I just don't want there to be a blockade function and voodoo card. could lead to a wee bit of confusion.

I cant speak for Juicy, as I am not familiar with him or his tactics so I am in no position to condemn or defend his actions, but Phoenix doesn't do anything to new players, as far as I know.
