Flaming is expected here. If you are easily offended, avoid this thread all together.

Can we get a bit of perspective on this please : Stan is correct : in any game there are 'old bears' who dont take to being poked : some might laugh at the presumption (but still make a note for future reference), others will go postal from the off : it dont do to complain when such happens, after all, who did the initial poking? And for why?

Well, as Stan wisely says again : learn from it : choose your bears more carefully, choose your attack strategy better : consider the likely reaction and your ability to defend yourself from it : but dont complain when it goes pear-shaped and demand some sort of moral judgement or adherence to some notion of 'fair-play' : you attacked them for your own profit : its a bit silly to expect no reaction at all, after all, 'old bears' dont get to that status without possessing, and often using, some claws of their own.

I am a donkey man myself...
Civilian:Are you insane? One pirate against trained pirates... Who do you think this man is? God?
My Leader: No. God would have mercy. He won't.

Karkar, I think you may have found your first one.
Rule #3 is don't poke the old bears. They will let the new cubs frolick and wrestle with the others but when a new young bear starts to thinking they can sleep where they want, a painful lesson usually results.
Lick your wounds, accept the lesson, move on to your next mistake.
Just make sure you learn from them so you do not continue to repeat the same ones over and over.

+1, Well said Stan

It is obvious for everyone that was you the one who got learnt the hard lesson. You have spent over 100 Million coins worth of VooDoo cards on me the last 36 hours. But nothing change from my raiding abilities, like i did prove yesterday with facts on the ground. You will be soon tasting the bitterness of my plunders.
I could have said i'm flattered to be that much important for making few guild masters and rulers come after me, spend that much coins, efforts and time. But in fact i am not. I was expecting someone much more important than you (the little coward) to face me. You are a joke. All here know about your dirty attitude of hiring other players to hit your targets for you while you cover all expenses and use only your toy cards, and when it gets hard you disappear (am i wrong?). You are really sick and your place is not in this game.
The bottom lone, you could not prove anything, and you can't because you are unable. No difference, my decision has been made. I AM TAKING YOU DOWN AND THAT'S MY GAME OBJECTIVE. I consider my objective a real Noble one, because i'm gonna clean this game from a bug like you.
What sort of a banker you are when you cast Blacklist on other players who have banks too (lol), you think you can prevent me from financing myself, lol yea dream about it..! You have looted my warehouses, blocked me off my bank and prevented me from changing credits, but still i always have money.., HOW? lol, you need ages to understand how (btw, i can't even receive generosities), the only answer i would gine is that YOU HAVE MESSED WITH KARKAR.., have a nice day, you are done here.

hey kakar
your only going to get trolled over and over again HA HA

I vaguely remember an episode of the Simpsons where Lisa's science project was to test Bart against a mouse (or rat).

KarKar's reaction to the advice & warnings is oddly similar to Bart's reaction to the electric cheese...
Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power.

Oy.... isnt the goal of the game to have fun?

Give the guy a break... he may have some arrogance, but nothing is wrong with that.

Troll him, hes just gonna learn better.

As Stan mentioned earlier KarKar, it is important to learn from your lessons. Understanding and acknowledging your errors as a new player will go a long way with all the other citizens of Avonmora.

Many many people have made similar mistakes and are around today because they learned from them and accepted the consequences of their actions. Move on and perhaps people will come to accept or even enjoy your presence and activity level.
