Can we get a bit of perspective on this please : Stan is correct : in any game there are 'old bears' who dont take to being poked : some might laugh at the presumption (but still make a note for future reference), others will go postal from the off : it dont do to complain when such happens, after all, who did the initial poking? And for why?
Well, as Stan wisely says again : learn from it : choose your bears more carefully, choose your attack strategy better : consider the likely reaction and your ability to defend yourself from it : but dont complain when it goes pear-shaped and demand some sort of moral judgement or adherence to some notion of 'fair-play' : you attacked them for your own profit : its a bit silly to expect no reaction at all, after all, 'old bears' dont get to that status without possessing, and often using, some claws of their own.
