Its rare you would get a murder charge.
I doubt even the most racist police offce you can find does not go to work hoping to get a chance to kill someone of the race they dislike. Even if you dont get conviceted of murder your life is ruined.

Jurys are random pools of citizens.
Lawyers can reject jury members if they feel they are biased.

Also there is a thing called due process.
Unlike the mob toppling statues.
You cant just claim a person is guilty and go straight to conviction

Secoriea Turner an 8 year old girl shot and killed by blm protestors. Beacuse her and her mom got to close to a protest blocade near a wendys.

She was killed by people mad about rayshard brooks.

Brooks was passed out drunk in his car in the wendys drve through. After the cops spent an hour being very polite to him.
They decided to arrest him for being drunk. He beat them down took their tazer and tried to taze them. He got killed.
Did he deserve to die. No. Howevrr If you take a cops weapon and try to use it on them your chances are not going to be good.

Hakim trys to stop police from arresting a person with a court warrent. He pulls a gun from his pocket and trys to shoot a cop inbthr head. He grt tackled by cops but keeps on shooting at the cops while being held down. He gets shot and killed


I have no problem with protesting for what you believe is right.
But when you start a riot because a dude got shot for trying to shoot a cop in the head or stealing their weapons and trying to use it on them . I cant side with you.

I don't have any problems with protests either. The right to peacefully assemble is one of our protected rights, and should be respected and used whenever needed.

Rioting, destroying and killing people is not justified. In very, VERY few cases are riots ever a good option. Trying to say these riots are justified is vile. You are saying that innocent people dying is justified, and that is a despicable thing to say.

I really wish that the police would stop attacking protesters. Even when it's peaceful, all throughout my city the police has been gassing and pepper spraying protesters. That's not right. Hopefully y'all can agree with me on this.
