Just sayin gun bans arnt going to stop everyone. There are numurus reasons and ways massacres happen. Just because austrailia hasnt expienced anything of the kind yet dont mean it was the gun ban that did it.....

How many times were there massacres before that era in austrailia, im going to bet it was a group of people comiting those acts there

A shooting that took place on 29 April 2011, in Hectorville, South Australia. It began after a 39-year-old male, Donato Anthony Corbo, shot four people on a neighbouring property (three of whom died), and also wounded two police officers, before being arrested by Special Operations police after an eight-hour siege.[10]

21 October 2002 Melbourne, Victoria A shooting spree by Huan Yun Xiang, a student at Monash University.

Should ban cars too... 20 January 2017 Melbourne, Victoria 6 30 Vehicular attack. Dimitrious Gargasoulas drove a Holden Commodore into Bourke St Mall, resulting in the deaths of 6 people and injuring 30+ others.

Well since this has become more of a law talk and not a true gun talk, I will talk about my guns:

Favorite hunting rifle that I own is a 45-70 Rossi lever action, oversized lever in rose wood and stainless steel. She is a real dime, went against the traditional ways and added a Nikon prostaff to the top, I hunt real dense woods and prefer to have the scope as our rifle season is bucks only.

One of the guns that means the most to me a is Springfield 1883 trapdoor. My late grandfather gave this gun to me and it is the gun that made me love the 45-70 cartridge. This gun is almost original, other than a sportized stock. =(

I have a few long range rifles that I enjoy, a home "built" (assembled) AR-15 that I recently finished and a few bows. But my favorite method of hunting and target shooting is black powder. I have an old Hawkens (Actually it is a Sears kit gun that they use to sell, that my grandfather put together)in 50 caliber which ignites from the caps. Within the past 5 years I have taken to the modern muzzleloaders and really enjoy hunting with them. I currently use a CVA Optima V2, with 100 gr. BP, 245 HP and love it.

Lastly for pistols, I am a huge revolver fan. My collection is currently empty for them, but my goal is to get some custom work done on a Ruger GP-100 and get it bored out to a 10 mm. I currently own a Springfield Armory X.D. 40, with a 4 inch service model (have to do the periods or it makes a stupid face)

My dream wish is pretty simple:
CZ Redhead 12 gauge for trap/skeet
Sig Sauer P220 Legion 10mm
Ruger Superhawk (I get to inherit a 2nd generation in the family, Ruger Redhawk from my father)
Lastly a custom built .338 Win or a AR in .450 Bushmaster

So out of curiosity what exactly do you normally hunt? my father used to go out and hunt raccoons and other small game like rabbits and squirrels, but mainly coons. Had several dogs his family used for hunting too.

OK sorry. School starting so I have been busy.

Three of the steps to control a population come from the Cloward-Piven Strategy adopted by Alinsky in rules for Rules for Radicals. Some had it partially right.

Some of Alinsky ideas came from the propaganda machine of the Nazi party and the SS.

How to create a social state – The Cloward-Piven Strategy:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state.

The first is the most important.

1.Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people.
2.Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3.Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4.Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state
5.Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives. (Food, Housing, and Income)
6.Education – Take control of what people read and listen to us“ take control of what children learn in school.
7.Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.
8.Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

This was published in 1966. Alinskys Rules for Radicals was published in 1971. Seems ever one of the 8 steps are well underway.

I mostly hunt for white tail deer, but there is also a decent number of bear where I hunt. For giggles I always try pheasant hunting, grouse and small game like squirrel hunting, but that is more just to spend time in the woods and practice slowing myself down and prepping for deer season.
