Just change the "hour rate" to 72 hours the same as Treasure fleet...

It's not useless, Guluere. This is NOT a "protection against pirates" card. This is a "my fleet can now travel faster between ports" card. I think it's a nice idea. The cost should maybe be higher, but otherwise it seems nice.

However: This DOES make LMMs even better compared to galleons. On the other hand, it also makes faster ships interesting to use as trade ships. For instance, the cutter is a better trade vessel than the howker, if this card is used.

Aye, I can see a merchant adopting a 'high speed' strategy to mop up a profitable route showing phat margins : I dont see why the piratical elements fear having to use an extra HN though : given the HN adds danger on each port entry and the purpose of the card is to allow multiple entries per hour, also that the fleets will not stop travelling on 2 danger (if it behaves as under Treasure Fleet rules), then I can see cases where 1 HN would be enough to get them lit and stay lit... i.e : cutters on the short routes like Tzog/Tort or Regis/Vaas can make 4 legs per hour : thats 4 DP gain per hour per HN cast and only 1DP lost on the hour turn. Cast 2 HN's and the danger gain could be up to 7 DP per hour : 3 HN's would add 11 DP per hour : smart pirates might consider adding a disfavor to the mix to double their plunders. For that reason, using this card on all your fleets could be a recipe for economic disaster all for the very cheap cost of a couple of HN's : Perhaps a better name for the card would be 'Suicide Alley' ?

excellent point danik. although a pirate would have to know if a merchant is using this card or not. or just get lucky and light up someone right when they use it. I personally don't like this idea, but I can see its uses. so I'm going to be neutral on this one and neither vote it up or down.

Dropping an Insight along with the Spy and TM and the pirate will know what voodoo is active : but watching port gossip will soon show up 20+ fleets making multiple port entries per hour.
Myself, I have no need for the card but I do see it as being a very high-risk card to use, not sure the cost and rewards of doing so compensate that adequately.

Light on turns. Crafting Costs and Duration? This is a legendary voodoo. It shouldn't be instant creation.
