Would you care to address my quite specific charges of cheating? I mean, while you're doing your job and all...

In terms of the cheating accusations I've made a new forum that should help with some of the issues you guys are facing. For the in game accusations, I have 0 power to go over the game code and logs to actually determine if these accusations are true or not. In the mean time, I ask that people send me private messages so I can compile a case that can be reported to the admin. My powers lay only in the forums. In the future, in-game rule violations are not reported in the forums, send a private message to Administrator #1 and they will investigate it. I suggest reading the forum on how to report a rule violation as well.

And no one was milking or extortng money--that is my fair market value of the work it took to build three level 9 LG Frigs from scratch--twice, because they got leveled once by larry "..", but that's another story:)

However after gathering intel, I did plan the quick three hit strike on you, Stenly, and Lapu I believe. I did plan to Ambush you after I found you. I did plan to sell all you ships I took. I plan to enjoy every piece of gold. Continue your threats and blather and I plan on coming back.

The tactic of "stealing" a name was first used by PK against RN to confuse enemy newbies on who was who on the plunder screen. This was when you could still attack people in your own guild.

4. PK uses big, expensive ships to beat smaller ships, while ZomB uses smaller, cheaper ships to take out larger fleets and ships.

Yes ships we took our ships, or does you master think he did everything all the time?

1.Pirates in real life didn't run around with ships of the line for their plunder, they used smaller less expensive ships for their plunder as it was more favorable.
2.The legendary pirate's of this game didn't either. The tactic of using small cheap ships to attack unarmed traders and yet not take any signification damage back meant that you kept more of the gold and fame you took. It also meant that call leviathan's were less effective against you. ie. Skyhawk used Brigs to beat up on the strongest war fleets in the game because pirates didn't target war fleets but merchants and scatter away before the big guns came. Same concept.
So is your #4 a bad thing, no, it's actually a compliment of ZomB for using the most effective strategy their is.

When we look at which is the better guild we have to look at their purposes.
The New PK is built around ship to ship combat and broadside war.
ZomB is built for hit and run profit, minimum confrontation, maximum profit.

One is a guild of pirates, the other, one of militants.
Looking at this, you have guerrilla war (ZomB) versus conventional (PK).
The tactics used are different, and the manner a war is conducted is different, both equally incredible, but in looking at whose better, you can't say an apple is the same as an orange. Similar, but not congruent. Most of what Rolando said holds true, but all are compliments instead of the intended sarcasm. But again, just because the manner of conducting a war and the tactics are different, does not mean one is better than the other. I say they are equal.

In my own opinion of the winner of the war, historically the guerrilla forces win, but only because the conventional side that focuses on quality runs out of resources they are willing to use, or stop caring. The PK fighting style is not sustainable, the ZomB fighting style is. We will see what happens. This game has a thing for being unpredictable.


P.S. PK can fight a good forum war, but why are these forum battles happening? What do you hope to accomplish here? People stop reading them at a certain point, your not winning people to your side or propagating against ZomB at all.

Also, I thought I thought up the idea? I said we should name ourselves The Rebel Navy [RN] but after Hellfire tried a million times we realized that we couldn't use the same abbreviations, and so we became [RN.] Good times. The Rebel Navy [PK] was some fun. I feel bad for good ol Horatio Nelson though. It wasn't till later that I realized how much work he put into the game and we took it away in less than 2 hours. I wish he'd come back
