citing you as the source in a limited scope excursion to one area does not represent the polar bear pop as a whole
there are far too many more involved experts who are to this day still studying them and following them organizing or are part of research teams
and information changes according to when reports are returned and may vary from subpopulation to suppopulation
so to hear someone lump polar bear deaths under climate change due to desk jockeys brainstorming over possible affects when people are actually in the field observing them and have a huge source of information as to polar bear deaths its just amusing

Touche as I rarely call a man stupid but if you cannot figure out that if sea ice which is a polar bears prime hunting ground is disappearing at rates never before experienced, there is going to be a shortage of food.
I don't recall saying I was the only source of a limited excursion however I have visited pretty much every community in Nunavut, Nunavik and the NWT, an area of over 3.3 million sq.Km so hardly a limited excursion to one area.

Was never a big fan of polar bears. They drink coca cola which means there's less cola for me, and I don't like sharing .

Jokes aside, I find them to be pretty animals, though I'd never want to be near one aside from a zoo setting. I would also hate to see them go extinct, though I am not knowledgeable enough about them to say whether or not that is a possibility or not. Only animal I want extinct are roaches and mosquitos

the worst subpopulations are both beuforts both hudsons and the viscount melville sound and only one of those has food issues there are way more adversities than food and even with them the population has more than doubled since the 60-70s (partially due to better counting)
there are many relocations and other attempts to help with the multitude of adversities and changed patterns facing them
some subpopulations are in need of some new final reports but there are quite a few fairly recent ones if you consider new ones are 3-10 years apart

and if i told you why i was there you would get a laugh and while i dont mind laughter the subject is one i would not want to reflect in a poor light despite not being attached to it anymore maybe in pms but you have made that impossible and really i dont even remember why lol
