Message missing

It's the only spot that has the option that I can see.

If you 'view' the message you can save it then. But I'm still losing half the message at times. I hit send and then when I look the bottom half of the message is often missing. Its seems rando and its not message overload...any ideas?

There is a message storage limit.

The message storage limit should affect the oldest messages only. And if I understand Argonaut correctly, the problem is that parts of messages are missing? If so, that sounds strange. I've never experienced that.

Limit deletes older messages. If you have seen the message, then the only case is that someone of the two deleted it.

I can personally vouch that while there is a message storage limit, it is very, very high.

I never delete any of my messages or any convos I have. If mine disappear it typically means the other person cleared their history. Though perhaps there is a bug if that isn't the case. I doubt many folks have more messages then me, so the limit seems unlikely.

The message limit is a lot lower (500) if you never bought credits from the game using real money.

Interesting. Though, I never bought creds with real money. Though I do think that when I first found this game on Kongregate, I did use their currency, which I got for free from gamestop points which I got from just buying games there and having a reward card, to get creds ages ago, so maybe that counted.

I mean, it's a very roundabout way, but I don't know any other explanation. Course I ain't complaining

I bought credits to support the game, since I like it. And I have a message limit of 5000. Which is still too low for me
