New card: See the last 25 voodoo cast on target

First: By "Playing style" I meant merchant or pirate, not idiot, buffoon, or fool.

Second: Just think about what this card would do. Guildmates would be scared to clear each other's voodoo off of them in worry that they would be lit up as well.

first obvious use i can think for this card is to find out everyones online times - when people cast party cards, buffs, or are in general active. this can greatly help determing when they are likely offline to be targetted. as such is in grey area of morale, is such card really needed?

This suggestion did not specify exactly if the times cast would be included, or just the most recent 25 casts, and caster when applicable. The order would be chronological, obviously, but the times wouldn't be displayed as the suggestion currently stands.

even if there was no timestamps, you can figure out times, perhaps by casting at set intervals at target, and see what has anyone else cast in between. and it can be used to look for people who might be using mastercrafts, which might make ship stealing raid more tempting. not to mention discovering possible assistants casting self sacrifice or other cards during rare occasions when war breaks out.

in my opinion, just because card does not have undercover tag, does not mean anyone should be able to find out that it has been cast.

By that notion, I could use set intervals of Crystal Balls and monitoring the voodoo market, also allowing the possibility of a certain card to be gained by the voodoo-giving mechanics in the game to find out set times for party cards, or MCs, etc.

It's a very niche and not only risky but potentially more expensive than its worth scenario that will only occur if one if truly dedicated to finding information out, which as stated in the previous scenario is already possible if you are that dedicated.

The card shows what has been cast ON a target, not BY a target. So party cards would not show, as they target a port, not a player. Also, even if it was easier to determine people's online times, I'm not sure that would be so bad. The fear of others determining when you're online makes some even reluctant from using the forum. Maybe if they realised they could be found out anyway, they would participate more. And as you well know, there ARE ways to determine that even today.
