THE RENT IS JUST TO DAMN HIGH (Turns)

We are always looking for ways to improve the game. In fact, since the beginning player suggestions had played a major part in game design.

We read all suggestions.

I'm not sure. I assume you will simply not be able to buy the turns, but I actually haven't tried.

Mmm.. thing is, back in the day when voodoo costs were higher... I used to run ship-stealing raids and rarely went above 600 turns. In fact, I dont recall ever doing so. I do recall running out on one raid but that was a mega raid where just about everything that could go wrong did.

Not sure unlimited turns is the answer. I do agree that buying turns at current rates is a waste of good hard-earned credits. You never recover the value even on a successful raid.

Well, there ARE situations where buying turns pay off even at the current rate. 200 turns is potentially 50 plunders. Against a top target, that's 320k plus scraps each plunder. That's 16M gc plus 50x scraps. 25 credits are always worth less than 10M gc. And there are times when those extra turns can make the difference between stealing good ships or not. And most importantly, buying turns can be EXTREMELY valuable in a defensive situation.

But yes. It's expensive, and only worth it in a few rare cases.

You can have more than 400 turns banked at a time so you can't even buy turns at 400. You can have 400 turns stored plus your cool down to buy turns available equalling 600 turns available total.

I agree though that the cost is HIGH and its only going to get worse as the value of credits continues to rise due to the slow bleeding death this game is experiencing.
