Forum mods responsibility is to watch for this type of activity especially in a forum based game where in game prizes are offered.

Maybe so - moderators seem to be dropping the ball lately - in my case, RL usually gets in the way, but as I am currently recovered from surgery and getting back to work, I for one intend to do better.

Believe me, I've rained messages on admin the last few days and have yet to have a response, but I am not worried; admin will eventually get around to addressing my messages and this issue.

We keep coming back to the OP's central confusion : the forum is not the game. Each functions quite happily without the other as each has it's own set of rules that apply to its function.

Shall we end up calling repeat attacks in game spamming? Do the game rules allowing multiple attacks legitimise double-posting in the forums?
Of course not.. different rules.

So, yep, you can argue for FORUM rule changes governing prizes, community events, etc. But they are nothing to do with GAME rules.

What next, we demand Avonmora merchants run to WTO rules? Thats just as logical as the OP's reasoning.

It is as contest with in game rewards. Therefore it is not strictly a forum game. Prize money is used in game, credits used in game.

Just like the infamous "Here for the draft" account. Why was that account sanctioned in game in the past if the rules did not apply.

Both of which can be gained in other non-game actions. Be consistent : then also seek to outlaw Facebook log-ins, Referral codes, etc..

I have not attacked anyone. Simply want the rules applied as written or not at all.

If you want this to be allowed then there is no reason someone could not create hundreds of accounts for voting in draft only. After all.... as you said it is only a forum game.
