Just getting on and getting caught up...

Tomorrow when I have time, I will sift through the rubble of this draft and get the payouts done.

I am truly saddened to see how this turned out.

I have been in talks with CJ and a few others in Avonmora about the future of the draft. I am on board to run the next one in the fall, but there has to be some Honor involved. I understand we are playing a game on the internet and some feel safe at home to shit talk, belittle and destroy anything and everything. This was created to just have fun. But just like in life, you can't and shouldn't cheat your way to the top.

Play fair and play with honor... and just have fun.

After I get the payouts resolved, I will have an announcement in the coming weeks about the future of the draft. We have, I feel, a pretty cool change coming.

My word, I go and sleep for a while and this thread blows up. Really sad about how this turned out myself. Maybe for future drafts, prize money should only be offered to the rookie picks. Folks who would benefit the most from it, and have no real way of bribing others to try to win the draft. The rest of the picks just go for the awards and glory.
