Feniks? I don't agree with you or any of the captains in trying take blame (even part) for this. EdwardTeach said that the options were run with just 4 captains or indefinitely postponement. There were other options, but for some unknown reason they weren't considered. That's where I'm lost at.

So I do not accept your "apology" as you don't need to give it.

Why has this become such an issue? Its a game, people have real stuff going on in real life. So two, maybe more, have an issue with how its running. Big deal! Lets move on and keep playing the game. I feel like we reverted back to when a handful of people would overwhelm and tank all the forums.

We are all adults here right (most of us)? Im sure with all thats going on in the world, PG can trudge through with only four captains in the draft....lmao I know yall are bored at home, but grow up and get some perspective and stop trying to ruin it for everyone else!

I agree With Draque, i don't see the point of this constant complaining. Stop ruining this for those that ejoy the draft as it is.
I'm sure everyone involved in the draft will take a lesson from this, and be better prepared Next time.....

It is a hell of a lot more than just two. Step out of talk to people outside your little circle. Jump into slack and see what has been said.

The "perspective" with which you claim to have exclusivity on is this. For the first time in a long time there was something too look forward too in PG. Let's face it, the game has become a bit stale lately. The PG Fantasy draft has been sort of a break in the monotony and something to really look forward too.

The anticipation during the usual 1 month plus build up...... missing because it was rushed. only 1 week notice
The good natured banter back and forth in forums during the build up.... missing because it was rushed
The actual draft selection process....... skewed and tradition thrown aside due to circumstances beyond the control of Draft coordinators.
Enthusiasm for each team...... missing......

I know how much work Shadow put into previous drafts. I have had the honor of being in a guild with him for all but the first 2 drafts. It was his primary focus for 6-8 weeks each time the draft was run.

-Promotion started usually 6 weeks out with announced date
-Forum discussions about Team Captain selection process
-Donation solicitation and tracking
-Active role in forums to help promote the draft. Multiple posts per day for weeks
-Running of the draft while still managing and contributing to multiple forum threads. Dealing with issues that arise during the draft immediately.
-Running the voting process
-Doling out the prizes for each team( in some drafts this was the most difficult due to the conditions some donations come with)

This whole process was rushed and to be honest I personally just want to finish it. My motivation now has been completely sapped.

I appreciate that Dez but facts are facts. Being someone who has had first hand knowledge of the issues and work Shadow put into things in previous drafts, I should have been the one to say Stop.....reset.

Honestly, right now I do not even know what round we are in or how many rounds there are to go. Never has been a definitive answer. Are we adding rounds or not? Where are we?

Someone wake me up when it is my turn to pick again.

If you wake her up, the draft will be the least of my worries.

8th or 9th round I think

Do we just keep drafting until someone says stop? I have 10-12 captains on my list yet I could take before rookies.
