Hey Lana, just incase you hadnt heard about it, the reason Trump took out the General was he told Iran not to kill any Americans and the General organised an attack that killed an Iraqi American who was doing contract work in Iraq in Dec., and was responsible for the attack on our Embassy a few weeks ago, and was planning a few more when he took him out. I only bring that up because to answer your question, yes, if another state attacked us we would retaliateand thats what we did.
And you are totally sure he was the one who did it all? Not because you were ‘’informed’’ by your government via FOX or CNN news, or not because he was active fighter against ISIS (who you still support), or high official of the State (nation) you defined as ‘’the axis of evil’’. And (btw) I will never understand people who blindly believe everything their psychopath leaders tell them as a truth.
Also, i think the biggest difference between the USA, China, Russia, India, and the others who currently have Nukes, vrs. those who want them, is none of the first group are threatening to wipe out entire groups of people off the map because of ideologies or religious beliefs.
And why is that? You think Irak, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, North Korea… 30-40-50 years ago have been thinking about you at all? They lived as all of us their own life (they ran their own business) not interfering in your stuff. And, btw, all of them were modern secular States before your intervention. You made Talibans, Al-Quaeda, Isis… and now, you call people of those Nations ‘’the axis of evil’’ because your dumb leader thought it was the right slogan to justify everything you did to that people (hundreds of thousands dead, millions displaced, infrastructure destroyed and total theft of resources). And you think they must love you because of that?!
The reason we havent taken out ROK is we dont want South Korea and Japan to be adversely affected (i was stationed in S.Korea, if the world knew what NK was really doing to its people, everyone would be screaming at the USA for not doing something sooner), as far as Iran, goes... Lets say there was a guy in your town, who said he wanted to kill you and your Jewish friend as soon as he gets a gun. You hear he is shopping for one... do you tell the cops and try to stop him from getting a gun, or just wait and see what happens?
And, of course, you are the policemen with the gun! Btw, don’t you think it’s hypocritical of you- USA citizens (since you're the big fighters for the freedom to carry a weapon), what you wrote just now? Why don’t you fight for the right of Mexican and Indians people in your own State, instead of the rights of some people somewhere at the other side of the world and I am pretty sure, 80% of you don’t even know where those places are situated at all.
As a former military member, i can say that what you see in the news is always only the tip of the iceberg. There is so much bad bad bad things going on everyday that most people never hear about until some news channel or you tuber tries to make a political statement, and even then its full of that person's/channels own bias. But i will say this, for all the people who sleep soundly never knowing the atrocities that "the good guys" must deal with to make sure everyone can speak out against the US, just try and remember, there there are always three sides to every story.
As a former citizen of Yugoslavia I lived your ‘’truth’’ and I can say from the first hand how your ‘’democracy’’ worked here… so, don’t tell me I don’t know what was happening here, for example, and you are the one who see only the tip of the iceberg.
Oh, and one last thought... America is a Net exporter of gas and oil NOW, we dont need the oil for the Middle East, so maybe, just maybe, our leaders are actually trying to keep the peace between nations (religious groups) who have been fighting for hundreds of years. Just Saying
