Bull. Its not an imprisonable offence. Indeed, its not even an offence on its own. It can be considered as part of a wider allegation of 'hate speech' and considered when it comes to sentencing. Even found guilty, still no jail time. Sentence will be a fine or of 'probation' type. Dont pay the fine or attend the meetings then yep, a court can jail you, same way you can get jailed for not paying any fine or penalty. But thats not being jailed for not using a pronoun, its being jailed for ignoring a court ordered sentence.

I could light this current topic up like midnight on new years eve however, for the sake of stability, I'll refrain and just stand by my original statement a few posts ago.

I will go on to say that I can refer to Dez as 'she', her or any gender I choose to and she can make the case to Canadian authorities to have me arrested and locked up. That girl is a stable genius I am sure !

Actually.. his 'joke' was that the named individual was terminally ill but wouldnt die so he tried and failed to drown him.
Try researching facts and not just assuming clickbait headlines are all you need to know.

The context being you dont care that the object of the joke was a named 12 year old disabled kid who hadnt died yet from their illness.

it was crazy but i didnt have to explain once he got to the pictures of the old woman doing odd things with a donkey he immediately recognized the warden who was some keyboard social justice warriors old cranky mom and blackmailed her effectively for his release.
a steel file would have just been confiscated by the warden and used to help her walk funny like all the other steel files before it
