Approved.

We will give you about 1 week at least, to prepare for the change ahead. This means, this will be implemented either on October 3 or at any date after this.

there was already a way to do this, id just like to say it seems unfair for a player who is able to attack with extreme frequency to reduce a player to 0 ships. that rule was there for a reason, and got overturned in <24 hours.... that seems, unusually swift... considering the majorness of the change.

If the last ship is Man'o'War, there is no way right now, correct?

Even if it is a major change, you have 1 week ahead to prepare. You need more time?
Although, I do not regard this is a major change for two reasons:
a)It won't change the effectiveness of a small player considerably as a Man'o'War is not really required to do plundering in low level (it costs a lot to upgrade it anyway, right? Why not use a smaller war ship like a Frigate which also benefits from Advanced Piracy?).
b)If a player still wants his Man'o'War there are plenty of ways to keep it; It is too hard after all to take all the ships off an experienced player.

Finally, it makes Man'o'War hunting a bit easier than it is now which is not a bad thing.

So then, a Man o War will be subject to Commandeer plus the ability to be sunk by a Call Leviathan? Otherwise this seems a distasteful choice. Balance of power and all....

No changes to Commandeer or Call Leviathan. We will just remove the plunder rule that prevents loss of last ship during battle and this only for players with 1000 turns or more. (Which means that if you are a newb, you will get to keep your ship).

In short, you either pay the bounty or lose it, even if it is your last.

Implemented.

The protection is still valid for players that have spent less than 2000 turns (you cannot loot the last ship of such players).
