Still approved by me. Honestly a bounty is anything a player wants a way for harm done on a target. Let anything bad be a bounty in my opinion. If the hunter thinks its worth the paycheck, thats their discretion.

+1 All casts should be able to placed on the bounty board, negative and positive
Some people are like Slinkies, totally useless but great fun to watch when you push them down the stairs

Still a +1 from me, to Dejanira's point though, I would also like to see nations and guilds be able to issue bounties as well.

-1 I agree with Skyhawk on this.And agree with Dez. as far as the "contract for Hire" aspect.

We already do these things publicly. Paying for forced labor, Paying for Bribe casts
I like the idea of these things being public.
