Has to do with when you joined the game. I'm not overly excited about how the limit is set because players that join just before a draft occurs tend to be disenfranchised from being selected as a rookie as they haven't played long enough to be taken notice of.

I think if your Player ID is above ~81000 you meet qualifications of being a rookie. Shadowood puts a Page # from the just joined, but if you don't check it when he makes the post, the numbers changes. He should list a player ID range for Rookies.

1infinate Piracy is the first Rookie to be selected. I have seen this new player around and I see good things to come.
