So hat is the fix? The game does add population automatically under 120 mill as Dez pointed out in slack, but the amount is so small it is eaten up quickly by the double ended plantation worker routes.
Do we attack it by limiting BDs and TI's and tie population to another metric?
Do we add incentives to bring in immigrants via manual transport ship based?
Do we make port investment population available to plantations like crew hiring?
Should population be tied more to the nation and how it is run ie. tax rates, Nation investment, some "happiness"index similar to plantation workers?
