The men nod, a while later Ellen floats back and points towards the town.

I found out that there's still some folks who are still alive. Being kept in the basement of the tavern-apperently they are being used as food for some of the monsters. Should probably go and rescue them first. After that I can lead you to the area that needs fixing.

Ellen nods and begins floating forward, nearby quite a few people begin walking out towards Michael and Abe, smiling as they do so. As they get closer they begin sprinting, drawing out weapons as they rush forward smiling wider, their eyes glowing. Abe takes out a sword and sighs as he moves forward and cuts one down the middle, revealing a disgusting small black demon, which Abe cuts once more before moving on as he shouts.

Kill the little buggers as soon as possible. Unless you don't mind it trying to get inside you next.

Michael and the men slice and shoot the attacking citizens.

After some time, the remaining citizens fall back, running to the priory. Ellen continues onward to the tavern, Abe following behind her as he scans the town, Ellen calls back as she goes into the tavern

Patch yourselves up if you need to then hurry into the basement.

Most aren't harmed so they run down to the basement

As the men descend into the basement they find it empty save for barrels. Ellen smiles as she shifts into a different phantom before saying in a sadistic voice.

Gotcha.

The spirit strikes the ground as Abe grabs hold of Michael and a few others and vanishes back to outside the inn as countless barrels of liquour and gunpowder ignite and blow it to pieces killing a fair few men. The spirit floats up and smiles at the men who were outside as she shouts

Everyone attack.

from the surrounding buildings monsters pour out and begin attacking, as abe curses and begins fighting back with his sword and magic

Michael puts his sword away, takes out his rosary and begins praying. He soon goes into a trance. He takes out his sword and begins fighting. When his sword cuts a monster, it incinerates.
