AHOY Me Hearties!!

March Madness is upon us! With this brings our 6th, Bi-Annual Fantasy Draft!!

Each draft we have had 5 captains pick. We have had 5 winners thus far...

1. Sir Henry Morgan
2. Captain DaVinci
3. Trixikilikili
4. DezNuts
5. Caladan

This draft will be known as the "Champions Draft"! Each of the past winners will go head to head this round to see who comes out victorious! Draft order will as shown above, 1st draft winner to the last.

If for some reason one of the Champions cannot draft, I will make a call to fill in a top vote getter from a previous draft. Again this is to be a "Champions Draft"

Tentative date is March 19th for the draft to go live!

(as always I will update a spreadsheet and post it for 100% transparency).

A Champions Draft deserves a Champions Prize.

I wonder if CJ could be moved to create an in-game reward to mark this. I dunno... a 4 trait MoW is maybe too much but something along those lines.....

Epic suggestion, but agree, to much.

Perhaps a Level 1 Ship of your Choice, with 2 traits of your choosing? (MoW excluded)

Remember too the large sum of cash coming the winners way

A lvl 10 Lesser Kratos might be a fun option... something unique but not over-powered... well.. with a nasty bite anyway

But a lvl1 SotL with a choice of 2 traits is a nice prize too!

Oh..another idea I had which would need an xcl-head to create but I'm sure we have one or three of those...

Each player chosen in a draft gets points : 10 for first round picks down to 1 for 10th round. Captains recieve 12 (or 15?) pts.

Might be an interesting way to see how players rise or fall in their peers eyes over time...
