Loans and over filled accounts

If i remember correctly you can get a loan for more than a bank can hold is this a bug or a game function

example if i received a loan at the Cabin by the sea for 20,000,00 but a bank account can only have a maximum of 10,000,000 there it is still stored in my account at the Cabin by the Sea.

It's a function, you cannot deposit anymore into the account and once reduced below the cap you cannot go over the cap again. You also cannot accept another loan from this bank until you empty the account.
