I'll vote to move to discussion, but I will note my objections to this. While the idea isn't bad and could be interesting, what I see as the problem is a way for this to be implemented in to the game that both makes sense and provides a benefit in its implementation.

That is three votes for to discussion, need one more - Skyhawk
