Corruption.....If this enters a system, then there is almost no way out. But this brings something else.....The functions of the head of the government. The King/Queen should have more funstions. Hopefully, The King/Queen will control the amount of corruption in his/her nation, based on his/her efficiency. THe present Kings/Queens sit idly in their ships, trade, plunder and co-ordiante port capturing and not much else as a King/Queen. I mean, really, they do next to nothing that a King/Queen should be doing. Of course, most Kings/Queens were lazy monarchs,.....but there were active ones too.

Besides, your estimates are all too low. Corruption spreads like wildfire once invoked.

I suggest this be voodoo card, active on some nation for a specific time (or) untill an anti corruption voodoo is launched, intead of whatever this is heading on.

Trust me (okay, do not, but read this), the level corruption in some countires will turn your tongues bitter. The tons of black money obtained in a country will simply be HUGE; Like, some 9-10 digit number, most probably 13-14 digits. I am not exaggerating and I'm telling true.

What I wanna tell is that Corruption is real serious and do not simply make it a small factor.

I definitely like the idea of corruption added with port ownership. Corruption should be a negative effect to port ownership. There are a few ways this could apply including higher corruption rates on loans, payments, etc.

The only downfall on this suggestion is that it isn't complete. There is definitely some work that needs to be done.

I vote to move to discussion.
