This weekend the T'zak Ryn will be hosting the first ever Royal Cruise in Anvonmora!







Nested in the safety of the T'zak fleets, the crown Man of War "Queen of Hearts" will depart St. Martins on the 24th of November with it's guests, for a one hour scenic cruise to the newly discovered Leviathan Mating grounds. Patrons can enjoy very expensive rum, good company, and a never before seen sight of Leviathan mating dances! (From a fair distance)



Invitations will automatically be sent to Kings, Governors, and certain elite players. Tickets to attend will also be available for purchase, depending on RSVP's and available slots. Warning: Only respectable players are welcome (Pirates and unsavory sorts will be attacked on sight!)

This event is Role Play and features a chat room for guests. You do not need a lot of experience to attend, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.

There will also be a fleet of MOW's in-game traveling from St. Martins to an undisclosed location during the event. In the (very) unlikely event that these MOW's are stolen, there will be no post retaliation from the guild.

You can rest assured Danik the stars are aligning on such a prestigious event, the research and resources of Merc is more then ample and there are those in Merc who have witnessed this extraordinary wonder of nature. We just thought that this was a spectacle worth sharing. Besides not all creatures in Avonmora share the same mating rituals as others, but if it is custard you yearn for it can be arranged.

So that more guild members can attend, this event will be held in two weeks, on the 24th. The first round of invitations will be sent out over the weekend, along with an extensive list of custard spreads that will be available.

Basic RP Guidelines

Put some thought into your character's history, personality, ect..

Stay in character, out of character questions or such can be messaged with direct IM in slack or ingame.

Always use quotes when your character is speaking
"I hate Whiskey"

Try not to be obnoxious or unrealistic

Do not make another person say or do anything, (or not do something)

Example - Skyhawk: *Takes Pulpop's glass from him and throws it overboard.*
Pulpop did not have a chance to respond.

Skyhawk: *Reaches to grab Pulpop's glass*
Much better.



Slack Guidelines

First you will need a slack account. The room will be named Queen of Hearts. Send me a private IM in slack so I can invite you.

Patreons of the cruise are wealthy and (somewhat) respectable. Try to take that into account with your character.
Characters should be based on ingame ones, slight changes to names are fine as long as is it reconizable, or you introduce yourself.
The RP will be on the Main deck of the MOW Queen of Hearts. If you arrive late or depart early, there are staterooms belowdecks for each guest. You may simply retire / arrive from them.


Main chat and Threads:

Main chat will be for everyone to notice. So that is for actions, normal speech, arriving, departing, ect..
If you want to have a seperate conversation with a group or a person, you may click on a post and start a THREAD (the little chat icon on the top right corner of posts)
You can type in a thread and main channel at the same time, also other players will be able to join or leave the thread.

Threads:
Wait for permission to join.
If you join your character is unaware of what was said before he joined, unless filled in.
If you do a visible action type it in MAIN CHAT as everyone should be able to notice it even if they can't hear you.

Skyhawk: *Walks over to Henry*
Henry: *Turns to Skyhawk and raises his glass* >> Start thread

Thread
Henry: "Do you see that black spot in the water?"

Main chat
Henry: *Raises his hand over the rail and points at a spot in the water*

Thread
Skyhawk: "I don't see anything"
Henry: "Hm.. I was afraid I might have imagined it."
Skyhawk: "Well, St. Kitts rum can be known to be rather strong"

Main Chat
Henry: *Stares at the bottle in his hand, then chucks it overboard*
John: *Turns to stare at Henry and Skyhawk from across the deck*
John: *Slowly makes his way towards Henry and Skyhawk*
John: "I really hope there was no rum in there!"

You can also IM someone for a conversation. Same rules for threads. This method is private though and only for two people.
