Well at least you're not like R0nnie casting a Pouch of gold when he can just look at any port of the game and find out how much Im carrying...

I don't think we should disapprove this. This should just be moved to the "Suggest a Voodoo Card". Voodoo suggestions are going to be a interesting and difficult point for consideration. When we go through those, we can come up with a decision.

Agreed to have this moved to Voodoo Suggestions thread.

However as it stands, I strongly disagree with this suggestion being implemented. Its not hard to lock a pirate down using current voodoo if you know how, plus I would see it as an overpowered card that would only lead to those few players wanting to pirate to just leave the game.
