Credits Exchange question

Please help my order for 6 credits on the exchange went through but now it is not pending anymore. After refreshing the page it said "error you don't have that many credits", and now i have no credits and did not get the gold.

thanks, I went to the credits exchange and it just said i sold and gave me the money

If your offer doesnt find a match at the price you set then your credits/coin is held in the market until a match is made. It looks like that is what happened : you refreshed the bid page thereby offering the same deal again but by then your credits were already in the market. When you rrturned to the market a match had been found with a new bid and so bingo...you got paid.
