I have recieved a message from the High Council of Arch Krakens. As ever it is long-winded and mildly offensive but the gist of it is they object to ships being salvaged getting described as being owned by the Seabed. They point out, at length and more than slightly repetitively that if its down there then its theirs and its only polite to mention that. They consider their efforts in responding to various Calls and Summons tedious enough without any thanks given for smashing ships grinding bones and generalised mayhem but for the resultant wreckage to be notated as the property of an Entity which notoriously does little more than lie around whinging about pollution and suchh is just far too much. Sort it out, they say, or widespread industrial action may ensue and who is gonna sink those pesky tail-ships for you then? Eh?.
Personally I think they are just being sensitive and over-wrought but maybe a nod in their directioon re: wreck ownership might be in order.

I must agree with the Kraken Council. Any ship on the sea floor is property of said sea creatures. (Leviathan and Kraken a like)

My shipwrights are always interested to see where their ships go. I'm sure she'll serve you well if you take care of her.

I'd agree that the sea beasts deserve a mention.

I'm too in favor of replacing the "seabed" with something more suggestive.
Stay tuned on Radio Image Bermuda!
