I disagree, fame loss is fame loss no matter where it comes from. If you lost fame due to yourself, then that still counts. The Quartermaster is there to deliver news about the largest fame drops in general, and should stay that way.

I agree with your take on this issue, Roi. Fame is fame, and the fact it is a Political Speech curse would lead one to believe that fame was lost in a very public manner, unless the speech was delivered on a deserted island, which means no one heard the speech, and thus the curse didn't work.
