John lifted his mug and drank some of it, before looking at Zephyra and slamming his mug at the table.

I kept saying I am not fit for this I really did. I told them I just wanted to take care of the shops and the family finance, but noooo John has to keep working the stupid traditional family business.
he finished his mug and stood up.

Jack asks without turning around, fiddling with something in his hand

John looked toward the table jack was sitting all. he could see his companions were all ready to strike at any moment

We are a family of spies, but i always believed in the power of money and want to expand our work to other areas, but those old coots wont budge.
Me and my brothers and cousins are all spread over areas where the Spanish are recruiting either to sell the info to the Colisquia slavers or find other spies and tip the Spanish.

Eloth stands up and turns to John, looking down to him as he says to his sister as he cracks his knuckles.

Block the doors so he won't run. I suggest you start talking. Otherwise I'm going to have to start breaking some bones.

Jack turns around and points a pistol at john.

John panicked and stepped back hitting the chair and knocking it down. the commotion drew the attention of the entire bar.

perhaps you want to take this discussion somewhere else.

Jack scowls.

This "discussion" will result in the loss of your kneecaps if you don't cooperate. Do you savvy me?

Eloth just turns to the rest of the bar and says in a deep booming voice

Mind your own damn business.

The rest of the bar quickly turn around and stare into their drinks, as Eloth then turns back to john, and picks him up by his collar raising him to eye level and speaking in a low voice

You know I'm fine with taking this to a private place-means no witnesses to what i do to ya. So if you still wanna go somewhere private remember that. Otherwise i suggest we sit down here and talk.

Eloth turns to Jack

Come over and sit with us, and barkeep a round of ale for my buddies-and a wine for me sister.

Eloth sets John down next to him as drinks are delivered and he stares John down waiting for him to speak.

Jack brings his tankard of grog over and sits down, keeping the pistol aimed at john.
