Role-Play Chaos in Chalkos

[Meliva]

Gorth's rock like skin takes little damage, and what wounds he gets are quickly healed up. He grins as he grabs 2 marines by their heads and crushes them, laughing, the other trolls, while smaller also take little damage and quickly heal as well, though the goblins die quite easily. Eloth brushes himself off before rising to his full height and rushing straight towards Gorth-the 2 lock arms and begin trying to overpower eachother, as Eloth grins and blasts him with intense flames, and begins to quickly overpower and tear him apart. As he does so, he continually blasts him with more flames as he shouts to the others.

One thing I know quite well about trolls-fire is your best friend against them. They can't heal if you burn them, and it's more effective then physical damage.

Edmund strikes up a torch and tosses it with a small bottle of alcohol on the troll, lighting it up even more.

After a while all the trolls are either dead are have fled, Gorth is nothing more then a bunch of burnt pieces as Brian and Carl begin running as they shout

Eloth, we gotta get back to the port fast, apparently several portals are gonna open up and let in a bunch of horrible things.

Eloth nods and rushes out as well, keeping an eye out for any more goblins or trolls

the rest of them folllow, malachi gets in front of the group, sprinting with ease. Charles huffs and puffs as he runs, his face going red. Edmund takes out a pistol as he runs

As they finally exit the cave, and meet with the guards left outside, quickly explaining what's going on, they feel a very large tremor, and a shockwave knocks several of them down. Vune shows up and quickly shouts to them

Alright, portals are open now, so im just going to cut the chit chat and just whisk you all there now.

The group suddenly feel weird as they reappear just outside the port, as from out of nowhere various demons begin emerging, the local guards doing what they can to fight them, as blood runs down the streets as people are chased down and killed, large otherwordly monsters also go around smashing buildings and some shades can be seen observing the carnage. In the local tavern several guards have boarded the windows and are helping people flee into it for shelter as a safe haven. Several groups of people are resisting the invasion fighting back with what weapons they have, as carnage and chaos spreads through the port. Vune quickly disappears as Eloth sighs and rushes into battle, Brian and Carl following as several large demons and many imps charge the group.

Charles kneels, malachi quickly blesses him

Ego te absolvo.

Charles leaps up and charge slashing with his sword at a nearby demon, looking at it in disgust.

Disgusting, foul, evil buggers.

the marines fire their rifles, covering their lines with smoke. They charge, thrusting with bayonets, remarkably brave. Malachi swings his blessed sword into demons whilst wielding a crucifix in his left hand, muttering prayers under his breath. Edmund hacks at the demons with his short hanger, not doing much damage.

As they fight the hordes an great tremor shakes the ground, as one final shockwave blasts everyone and everything back, as a huge blast of energy erupts from the center of the port, launching straight upwards, piercing the sky. A huge crater now lies in the center of the port, so deep one cannot even see the bottom. Brian, Carl and Eloth quickly get up and prepare to continue fighting the demons, as Ellen floats by and gives a quick blessing to the whole group as she brandishes her weapon.

Good news, the portals are closed thanks to Vune, albeit at a price. Now those remaining demons must be killed. To battle men!

Meanwhile, a few moments before the explosion, below the port in a dark chamber, with several large glowing crystals, a lich and many cultists smiles as the portal they made continues pouring out demons. Vune quickly teleports in, blasts all the crystals and they start to glow red, the lich shouts to her in panic

Are you mad, you'll blow us all to the moon if you keep that up!

Vune nods

Yeah, well, id' rather that happen then the alternative.

Vune braces herself as the explosion erupts, wiping out the portals and a huge part of the port.

[Jack Teach]

The others continue fighting. Some of the demons simply disappear at Malachi's approach, but not many.

[Meliva]

A loud angry feminine voice calls out as a beautiful winged and horned woman appears.

This has gotten out of hand, my original plan is ruined. So I will make a new plan.

Ellen recognizes the demon as Agrat Bat Mahlat, the demon points to her and says in a commanding angry voice.

Fade.

Ellen opens her mouth to speak but is unable and quickly fades away. She then turns to the demons points and speaks again.

Flee.

Every demon facing her, soon finds itself fleeing back to hell. As she turns to the men looking upset before smiling.

My plan to harvest all these souls is more or less ruined. But I think I can still have a bit of fun. So I issue forth a challenge. Someday, I will reappear. I will come with the greatest champions of evil I can gather. In the meantime you all should gather the greatest champions you can find. And we will have a glorious battle. One that will determine many things. But until that time, I leave you in peace.

Eloth, Brian and Carl all sit in exhaustion, as a small patrol of goblins quickly flee upon seeing the demons gone. Brian calls out to Charles

Well, at least we didn't need to handle all those demons. Port is completely ruined though for the most part. You got any other friends for when she comes back? Other then Jack and his friends that is.

[Jack Teach]

Charles wipes his face.

Possibly, though I'd have to think about it for a bit, which as of now I'm incapable of doing.
