Me personally feel that this is relevant still even if its old and you bumping it is just bringing interest back because nothing interesting happens anymore

The pirates need to get together and take a port maybe make their own guild to establish a command structure

Except pirates get nothing out of it. They have no government, no taxes, no stipends,. They just have a flag for no advantage on a port

what makes you the arbitrator of a good post and bad post?

how can you decide good from bad and bad from good if there is no god?

this idea is one that is very interesting to me and id like to see it all implemented. the game provides the option to fly the black but halving upkeep costs of pirates is so useless because theyre so small anyways, and the pirate-controlled port benefits are never used because its impossibly difficult for pirates to sustain a port so having rankings like this and allowing more structure seems to me to be a great idea to try to balance the game back out
