By my standards a 79XXX player is a rookie no matter the spot he was chosen for. dont take it in a negative way. just helping the new guys to get stronger faster

Does our lists differ? Caladan is one of the Captains, not "picked" but wasn't drafted before.
My pledge was 60M, half to newer picked and half to the Captains to distribute as they see fit. Being them 13, I'll round the total up to 65M, which means 2.5M each to players and 2.5M to Captains for each new-picked. Not that much but of course it stacks with other prizes. Allow me a few days to distribute. :)
