Question Dread Shadowood… Am I not a rookie? I was picked in 9th round. Not rookie round. I am confused , because I have received some rookie money from SIr PulPop. But I don't seem to be included in any other rookie payouts.

Sorry to bother you. From PulPops donation, I would take it he considers me a rookie. Thanks Pulpop. Now I still have the same question I posted above. Best guess is...must be only round ten picks qualify . But why? Isn't a rookie taken before that worth something?
