Such interesting dialogue when folk are picking there captains.

For each Captain, which gives actual dialogue (When explaining why they picked who). I will give 500,000 to the captain per 'Person' picked and explained by the captain. (If that makes sense, maybe. Yes.)

Meaning the Captains that have already picked, will have 4.5 Million Max they could get.
Whilst the Captains that have not picked, can gain 5 Million max.
