RP- Again to the Arena in Akrotiri

The next day, at the arena Emily greets Jack, James and Leoric, and both Brian and Carl are there as well. Emily looks a bit disappointed as she speaks

So, the good news is that Brian and Carl showed up to help you in the next fight. The bad news, is that your fighting giant bugs-which is quite honestly the most boring and gross monsters we got.

But, if you would prefer, we could set you up with something else. Might end up way more dangerous, so choose wisely.

At this point giant bugs seem to be the most common thing we all fight. Might strike that one off the list Feel free to ask for a reroll.

Emily looks at all of them, and just shrugs

Sure, but im gonna have to double the monsters in that case. Hope you don't end up facing anything too severe.

Veera nearby laughs and shouts

Maybe they might end up fighting Emilia and Eloth. That would be hilarious.

Emily just laughs

That would be a very short, very bloody fight. But its like a 1 in a hundred chance to end up with either of them, so to end up with both would be like 1 in 10000 chance. Regardless let's see what lady luck decides. Be back in a minute, until then greet eachother and come up with any plans you might wanna make.

After some time Emily returns, and has the group enter the arena. From her place in the stands she shouts to them.

Yeah, bad luck for you all, your going up against a giant and Emilia. Good luck, your gonna need it.

From the opposite end of the arena, 2 hulking shapes emerge. One is a 15 foot tall man, with heavy armor and a large club, and the other is a 20 foot tall black scale golem. Brian raises his shield before looking at it, and tossing it away, and wielding his mace with 2 hands. He shouts to the others

We really need to make sure we don't get hit. All the armor in the world wouldn't save us from a solid hit.

The golem Emilia simply smiles and leans back as she shouts

Ill make things a bit more fair. Fight the giant. If you beat him then I will fight you.

you guys really got some bad luck. Literally the toughest thing on the list and you end up getting her.

Can we use firearms or no?

Emily shouts back

Officially? No, using firearms even in monster events is cheating. But I think we can make an exception for anyone unlucky enough to go up against Emilia. Use whatever the hell you got. Won't do much good against her though.

Jack and James each put on pistol braces and pick up muskets

The match begins and the giant lumbers forward, raising its club up high as it takes a mighty swing at Jack, before Brian hits its knee, causing it to buckle briefly and missing. Carl quickly hops onto its back, and begins punching it's eyes, trying to keep it blinded as it flails about wildly, as it roars in anger swinging left and right.
