RP- Again to the Arena in Akrotiri

Okay time for a new RP. Now this one on a scale of 1-5 on a realism scale is a 4. Which means magic and exaggerations and other not very realistic things are allowed. Just don't go too crazy.

Rules are as follows.

1. Try to keep things in character. Don't post something unrelated to the RP here. If you don't like this RP, don't complain about it here. Post a new thread or start your own RP thread if you don't like this one. I would actually be quite happy if someone posts a RP of their own so please feel free to do so.
2. You can control your characters actions-You can not control others. NPC's are fair game and anyone can control them, so long as its believable and in character. A guard for example shouldn't just up and decide to shoot an orphan for no reason-that is out of character. Anyone without a name will be considered a NPC, if you name a character but want it to be a NPC then just mention that said character is NPC in quotation marks after a post.
3. You are allowed to have multiple characters- but be reasonable. Don't flood the story with a bunch of your characters. 2 or 3 in one story is fine, anything past that is sort of pushing it unless you are really good at managing them.
4. Use Italics for actions, and try to separate things nice and neat. Also use paragraphs when needed. Quotations if for speaking out of the roleplay.
5. No editing of a post once you post it. The exception is to fix spelling mistakes or minor errors. It can be real annoying when someone posts one thing and another responds to it only to find what they responded too is now completely different.
6-Do not act on knowledge you know but your character doesn't- If for example Character A is being attacked in the tavern, and your character is in the church, you can't have your character suddenly rush to the tavern to help unless you can give a reason WHY he knows what is happening or he is rushing to the tavern.
7-if you have an objection to something, message the person directly first to resolve it.
8. The most important rule- Have fun.

In the port of Akrotiri, at a large impressive arena, a very large and grand contest is being held. Various rewards, treasures and prizes are being offered to those who compete and win in the arena battles, hosted by the Mages guild. Tickets are being sold by the hundreds, and competitors from all over line up in anticipation to partake in glorious battle for fame, fortune and for some fun. There are even whispers of the grand prize being something unlike anything ever seen before. At the gates of the arena, several robed women and a single giant of a man stand, watching people sign up and buy tickets. The leader of them, a masked woman by the name of Vune oversees everything, while the others, her nieces Emily and Veera, and her daughter and son Zephyra and Eloth, assist. Vune simply chuckles as she opens up a new line for contenders to sign up for the arena, as she shouts to the crowd, though silently hoping things go as planned this time.

Anyone brave enough to sign in for what is bound to be a great battle? Come on up and ask any questions you may have, before you sign up.

James, jack, and Fr. Michael O'Conner, walk up to the to the arena, each smoking a pipe. James carries a long suitcase, which has his initials of J.B. Carved into it in gold. James says:

Emily shouts to them as they enter.

Knew you guys would show up. Hope your looking forward to the things we got prepared. Feel free to come up and sign in for a battle. Hoping some more of our friends will come to sign up too. Most people can't really handle the things I make. But we can easily get you 3 into a fight pretty quickly if you want.

Oh yeah, a lot of people enter for one on one fights. Not a lot seem interested in fighting my creations sadly, but we have matches set up in case of no takers. The arena currently is running on a specific schedule. Monday through Friday its mostly just normal fights. 1v1, 2v2, handicap matches etc. Saturdays you gotta fight a monster of some kind, and sunday is random. It's Friday now, so unless you ask to fight a monster, you don't need to. But do your friends wanna fight also? We can run multiple matches the arena is big enough after all.

Yeah sure thing, you 2 can both go deeper in and they will call you when your fight is up. Just a bit of forewarning-no telling who you end up against, or if they even use swords themselves. You can more or less use any weapon you want here that's for melee, so you might end up fighting some guy with an axe, or a someone with a mace or spears. Also try not to kill your opponent, we got people on standby to heal people up, but we can't heal death. Well we can, it's just very costly and hard to do, so we won't.

Also, just another heads up, but we pick fights randomly. So there is a very slim chance you 2 might end up fighting eachother. Now again, it is a very slim chance, but if you two participate repeatedly that slim chance becomes more and more likely.

Quick little heads up, but I will be rolling a d100 to see who you end up against. Gonna laugh my ass off if it starts off with James vs Jack
