If someone broke into your home, with weapons, would you just let them do what they want? Or would you defend yourself and your home. Look at this from my perspective-I was just relaxing, doing the work Agrat gave to me, when all of a sudden a large sled breaks our front door down, and a group of armed folks come rushing in. Do you think I should have went up to you all with a bouqet of flowers and a hot meal and welcome you to my home?

You and your men broke into my home with weapons-me killing them was justified.

Vune just shrugs and looks to Aleoth

He's not wrong you know. But ill offer extra pay for losses. For now we should begin the long journey home. Eloth, you can ride with me.

Jack comes up the side with usual formalities. He immediately goes to sleep in his cabin. His ships begin to make their way home

Aloeth grumbles to herself, but doesn't want to pick a fight with someone who can use her as a club.

Flint, since I be down by 5, methinks the ship I be stationed on be havin' a few bunks free. And since we ain't been attacked in a good while, methinks we be safe, so here.

Aloeth takes the silver flask off his belt, noting that through the combat it's gone unharmed. She then tosses it over to Flint.

I hope ye be realizin' that ye don' need that. Should jus' be a flavor thing, otherwise it'll never taste 'good', just taste 'okay'.

She and her men head over to the longboats to head back to their ship

He grabs her by her arm and pats her back

Flint follows Aloeth to her ship

Vune walks by Flint and nods to him.

Thanks for the help. We could have won without it, but I suppose it made things easier.

The mages immediately retire to their own ship and begin to sail home. Once there, payment is made to all the surviving mercs, and the local bar hosts a discount on drinks for all who joined the battle. The mages sit in one corner chatting amongsty themselves, while Brian, Carl and Eloth sit at another table chatting with each other-they seem to be getting along well with the giant. Ellen the ghost simply floats in the tavern, occasionally playing the small prank or 2, until she finally get's bored and just floats next to Aloeth, and nods.

Hey there, my name is Ellen. Wanted to say you did good back there. Your pretty strong. Wish I had someone like you watching my back when I died. I would be able to enjoy the party too if i did.

Ellen chuckles at her joke.

Jack and James walk in, talking about the weather.

Flint walks in with Aloeth and heads to the bar throwing a chunk of silver with a mark of a reaper on it towards the barkeep

Round of the finest booze on tap for everyone on me!

Then whispers to the barkeep

Strongest liqour you have , fill me flask

Barkeep fills his flask with a 220 proof rum an says

It might kill ye watch out

Flint chuckles an replies

Let it have its best shot

Aloeth nods at the ghost

Ye can still enjoy things, no? Yer a ghost, right? Here, take me body for an hour and enjoy. No sex, and limit yer drinkin', but have fun. But first things first.

She turns to her men, knocking a mug on the table to get their attention. She raises the mug:

They repeat with enthusiasm, and they all drain their mugs, and wait for refills, which come.

There ye go. Don't do nothin' I wouldn't be doin'.

Aloeth leans back in her chair and closes her eyes.

James and jack both get a large tankard of grog. Jack says:

Ellen shakes her head

Appreciate the offer, but no need. If I ever want to borrow a body, ill just use one of my sisters. And if I did need to borrow yours the last thing I'd be doing is having sex.

She gestures to her nun attire and laughs

Wouldn't be much of a nun if i went and broke such a basic tenant-even if i did so in a different body. Besides im not in the mood for drinking-just for floating around doing a few pranks and chatting.
