I try to change the guild picture. I'm at a rank where I do it and I get to the page but there's no way to use my own picture

Either size of picture is wrong or maybe type of picture.

Another possibility is that you forgot to allowe flash and that's why you don't have accsses to browse button

Update it.
It should pop up for you to enable flash whenever there is a place in your webpage that needs it.

Are you using mobile? It works on my laptop but not with mobile devices....

It's not mobile or computer's problem, you need to update flash.

People have already asked this countless times, you can even find the posts if you try. Which you don't.

Use the link grimrock gave. Sooner or later we will get rid of flash there as well.
