The following is how much 1 acre for each facility give jobs to.

1,020 Workers (Unclear)
240 Stewards
3,020 Laborers
1,800 Staff members
600 Caretakers
1,200 Entertainers
5,220 Guards

This is from having no stars.

The difference might be due to satisfaction from amenities.

I got mine using only fields workers and 1 acre of said facility.

Health and Happiness might be changing the efficiency of 1 acre of facility.

Edit,

The difference is more likely to be from the number of total workers you have. The game would auto spread them out.

You will need to recalculate your numbers for this as we just fixed an issue at the mechanism that arranges workers priorities.

Laborers are currently improving Housing Facilities
Approximately 88 Days remain

I have 334 workers assigned, 15 acres and have spent 20 gold bars to improve housing...is 88 days how long this will actually take?

also, of my 500 acres, I have 379 for production and 334 workers are assigned (automatically?).

I have one acre for guards and 2719 guards are assigned...is that a bit disproportionate?

These are all low numbers of workers to get safe assumptions. Consider that 1 fleet can bring around 15k of workers per day. 10 fleets can bring 150k workers.

CJ,

We need some type of feedback mechanism on how our decisions are effecting the Plantation. As an example, in Goldsmith, I can see how the number of hired workers directly impacts production per hour. I can also see the cost to produce 1 gold bar.

In Plantations, could we see how many crates per hour we are producing? Also, the Food cost to maintain workers.

At this point, I'm just guessing about all decisions...have no way to determine if the considerable resources going in will prove to be a capitalist venture or a socialist black hole.
