RP- Port Battle for the Strait

[Jack Teach]

Jack's ships form a battle line and begin firing their guns at the enemy, the gun crews growling in anger and laughing at their enemies as the cannonballs come hurtling out, sending splinters and men flying everywhere. One of the sailors in the fighting top screams as he fires his musket at the enemy ship's deck, along with his friends on the top who do much of the same. The firing is so furious that several of the enemy ships are sunk in ten minutes, another factor being that the admiral didn't fix his sbips. Others are dismasted and they strike their colors. The broadsides from Jack's vessels are so quick, that they get three off before the enemy even gets one. Jack is struck with a musket ball on his arm, he cries out and falls to his knees, he grits his teeth and gets back up again.

The admiral seeing a few ships surrender shouts to them in a booming terrifying voice.

Men, you either die fighting pirates like proper men and warriors, or I will kill you myself-and if i die before then, I will claw my way out of hell and drag you and every member of you family down to the depths for your cowardirce, now man up, and die like men, not bloody dogs. Get to fighting NOW.

Remember, these chumps can only kill us once.

He pauses for a moment before pointing to a nearby sailor.

Except bob. Poor bloke is just gonna come back to die again. Mel is sort of sadistic like that.

Bob gets hit by a cannon ball, decapitating him. The admiral shrugs as the ships that surrendered, regain their confidence, and begin firing again, catching several ships by suprise and sinking a few. The Admiral, the whole time continues shouting orders, and commands. Laughing all the while.

Come on you scumbuckets, Make sure that these riff raff sailors leave this fight limping.

The fleet fires and fights with unnerving ferocity-every man seems inspired to fight to the bitter end, taking as many pirates with them. The enemy ships seems to be using strictly canister and grape shot, intent not to sink the ships, but to kill as many crew as possible. Countless men are dying on both sides, as the admiral revels in the battle. He shouts loud enough that Jack can hear him.

Remember this name, cause ill be waiting for ya for round 2 in the next life-Admiral Sue E. Cidal never surrenders, and never retreats-all the way to the end.

Zephyra hears this name and whispers to Jack

Wait, his name is suicidal? Fitting if nothing else.

if they surrendered, I believe they would have stopped moving, as they probably have no masts

Jack's men keep fighting like hell, some even shout out battle cries from behind their guns. Jack's ships dismast several and then cut them to pieces with gunfire, the dismasted ships fall apart and the men onboard howl as they swim in their own blood. Jack laughs heartlessly as cannon rips the enemy vessels to shreds, a ball cuts the admiral in two, and all the enemy ships go down. Jack's sharpshooters stand at the side rails an take potshots at the men clinging to wreckage and men in boats, the very few that there are left. Jack calls to them:

Hope you find land boys!

Jack laughs as his ships sail away.

Dismasted doesn't stop them from firing cannons or musket shot. Just makes them unable to maneuver.

As the admiral gets cut in half, and is quickly dying a sailor nearby swims next to him. The admiral looks up and smiles

Oh hey bob, back so soon? Hey, do me a favor, try not to die so fast again.

Back on board Jack's ship, Zephyra looks to the damage done. A lot of jack's men were killed our injured. She simply shrugs it off. She turns to Jack

We should probably try to hit their land force next if you really want to finish off the last of the Neapolis forces. Or we could move on to the Thorokas navy next. Up to you. Or go back and check on your family. Im fine with whatever honestly.

[Jack Teach]

Jack grips his left arm, wincing in agony, he removes his hand, its covered in blood, which had previously blended in with his jacket. Michael comes back and jack removes his coat and vest reavealing his white shirt filled with sweat and his left sleeve splattered in blood. He takes off his shirt, reavealing a saber cut on his chest, as well as a host of white scars. Michael examines the wound.

Oh dear jack, if I can't get this right out nkw, you'll loose your arm. The musket ball isn't deep in there, but it appears to have carried in some shirt with it.

Jack lays down on the qaurterdeck, several sailors hold him down. A bullet is put between his teeth, and the priest goes to work, cutting precisely, jack struggles but he's held down, and and after twenty minutes of agonizing pain, it's finished. Jack puts on a new shirt, and his vest, and his arm is put in a sling

Zephyra just sits around board, waiting for the treatment to end and for Jack to direct the fleet where to go next. For whatever reason she suddenly seems very apathetic. She keeps looking out at the horizon, while occasionally using a bit of magic to talk with Emily on how she's doing. From the sound of it, not too well. Once Jack is up and about she calls to him again.

Glad to see you won't be using a hook anytime soon. But, as I asked before, you want to go handle Neapolis land forces, Thorokas's navy, or go check on your wife and kiddies. Im fine with any honestly, though it might be a good idea to go home and put the dead to rest, and get fresh men on board.

jack looks to zephyra

Oh no my dear zephyra, of my arm was to be removed, it would have been cut off at the elbow, but nevermind. We'll check up on home, get some men, and make sure that the republic of valorim hasn't burned down.

jack calls

Set sail for home lads

the ships begin sailing home

Zephyra rolls her eyes

Im aware of that fact Jack, what I said was a joke. Besides, a hook for a hand is honestly a very stupid idea in my opinion. Plenty of superior options then that, especially for a captain. A hook would be a good choice for a grunt I suppose though. Regardless, it will be nice to spend a night in Emily's lair rather then a ship.

She goes back up to the crow's nest and relaxes, while scanning the horizon. Brian and Carl both follow suit.

They arrive at valorim in a few days, it looks as if a minor battle took place, a couple masts stick out of the water, but they are enemy masts not any of Jack's. Jack's ships dock, he looks around

[Meliva]

A booming voice is heard that nearly deafens the whole port.

Well, he arrives. Time for a little bit of punishment.

From below Jack, a hole opens up, as a pair of hands grab him and drag him down, the ground quickly sealing back up in an instant. Jack soon finds himself in an empty void, with a very enraged looking ellen and pair of angels staring him down. Ellen steps forward and speaks first sounding both incredibly enraged and disappointed.

You know, mercy and forgiveness are both very great virtues to have. Both are things that you not only lack, but you exemplify the exact bloody opposite-ruthlessness and contempt, cruelty and destruction. At times i deeply regret not letting you rot in jail back in Regis.

The left angel steps forward next, sounding equally enraged.

You, who claim to be a devout catholic, are a disgrace to the faith. And now, for all your sins, your going to be facing a punishment.

The angel on the right steps forward.

Now, this is going to be an incentive for you. Learn to be a bit more merciful-instead of killing defenseless men and laughing heartlessly like a deranged lunatic.

The void is suddenly filled with countless souls, all staring at Jack positively enraged, as Jack finds himself completely immobile. Ellen speaks one last line as her and the angels disappear

These are all the lives you ended. And they are going to be given a nice long chance to pay you back for your actions. You will arrive back on earth seconds after you left. But your time here will feel like an eternity. Learn to show some mercy Jack. I talked them into giving you this as a warning- ignore it and you will be coming back here, and never leaving.

The spirits lunge forward, and exact a long bloody revenge on Jack, eventually Jack finds himself flung up out of a hole- back on Valorim. Brian and Carl look worried as they shout

Yo Jack, you fell in that hole and came out seconds later the hell happened?
