I never had any pacts with him. Only agreemebt between Clock and me is the one where he and Shield paid for damage in attack after clock was not able to fight me one on one and agreement was they will not skirmish my fleets because skirmish is reason we went in battle. That agreement is still active they didn't break it well they did but it was new player and I was compensated for it. So he did not break that agreement
