Well, mateys, I think that yee should worry about your own crews actions. But I'll give you this. If you see me crew doing something you find to be too much, you can let me know. If I see it as excessive, I will issue out punishment that I deem necessary. Actions against a member of me crew will be met with extreme force.

Now, when do we shove off. I'm getting bored with this talk about pillaging, and nothing getting done.

The only thing me and my crew find too much is raping and killing unarmed women and children. If your men don't do such things we won't have an issue-if they do, well we will shoot em to protect the women and children. We won't stand by and let them do such things and wait for you to take action. But I trust that a seasoned old salt like you have well disciplined men. I doubt any would do such a thing so I don't believe we will have an issue. If ye want to kill any guards who surrender and drop their weapons me and me crew won't like it, and we will think less of ye, but we won't fight ya for it like we would for the raping. If you go and kill the priests or burn down the church, again, me and my crew won't care-none of us have much love for them, though I can't speak for Jack. But enough flapping me lips. Gotta tell me crew tis time to raid.

Howard finishes his drink, and boards his brig. He tells the crew the plan and all agree to it, and set sail for Vaasburg. He pulls his first mate George to the side and whispers

Just a reminder George, but remember to keep an eye on the other crews. Never know if someone plans to backstab ya for a little extra profit. And other pirates are usually not the most trustworthy of men.
