So here we are 10 days later. Nothing has changed. Tom continues to cast cards and does not attack. No profit motive whatsoever. This has been going on for more than three weeks now. Almost daily, Hns, ffjs, taxation exp tools confuse and a bunch of other junk.

I don't care who you are this is by far worse than anything dman/ PRO or Banger has ever done. Yes we retaliate, but there is no way to really cost Tom anything. He has fleet that are worth nothing. He has even stated his intent is not profit.

10 days since the last post in this thread. It has been longer since CJ stated that up to that point it did not constitute griefing. 10 - 12 days later and nothing has changed. A month or more now...... nothing has changed.

Would have been better if CJ had not even brought the subject up now.

Key point in CJs post was extended actions not for profit. I am no ones door mat. He is constantly casting on 3 or 4 on our guild, yet not me.....

Naw...he's just doing it to piss you off because he knows he can. He's laughing his ass off right now but only because you feel the right to complain about it.
There has been much more severe cases of this kind of abuse throughout the history of Avonmora. Wars that have gone on for months where each side exchanged voodoo and CJ never intervened.

Your reasoning and trying to hold CJ's feet to the fire for not enforcing a griefing rule is the very reason why CJ was so hesitant to make any sort of statement regarding this issue. I don't think it's fair to CJ for you to cry "Wolf" right at this point in time. You see... we could also make the same claim about Dman who has small assets out on the water and is constantly throwing voodoo at the TUDOR guild.

Lol, I defleeted yesterday to mimic Tom. As I intend to mimic a month of casting on individuals I deem worthy. If it is not greifing then there should be no problem with a member of VUDU doing it. The casts on SSAAYES you are referring to a couple of days ago were for other reasons and non related. From this point on all casts will be kept aimed at certain individuals for the next month, daily if I can, but if not as often as possible.

Rule one, ANYTHING dman does is justified.
Rule Two, If you can't hit the guilty, hit someone standing in the vicinity, that'll show the perpetrator what's what.
Rule three, you may not retaliate against Dman for arbitrarily attacking you for some other players actions, it's only fair when being meted out by dman not the reverse.
Rule four, always preface your posts with LOL to indicate the light hearted nature of terrorism inflicted on the unsuspecting.
Rule five, if you can't beat em, attack the weakest player you can find, especially if he had nothing to do with whatever pissed Dman off.
Rule six, any criticism of Dman in the forum makes the complainant "worthy" of being targeted.
Rule seven, Ice cream will get the kids into his van.
Rule eight, No complaining, see rule one.

There is no court of appeal, only Dman is worthy of having an opinion about anything, all others are wrong!
